@comcast @dfwvu 95% of your customers don't use that much because 50% of the time your internet isn't working properly.You guys can go **** yourself, moved and got FiOS; best change ever. Never would go back. Comcast is a garbage tier company.

@KesslerCOIL @ms_anno @verge I called Comcast to reduce my bill, and by signing up for 2 years at what I was already paying $100 per month, I went down to $70 per month for 1 year, than back to $100 2nd year to switch to 1 Gig Down / 35 up. Down is never that high, but upload speed is higher.

would love to know why @Xfinity is billing me a $25 cancellation fee for internet that THEY cancelled without my consent (and then told me my account didn't exist so I couldn't confirm that I had service to begin with). :)
