***** Heard of Pickleball?!*****Pickleball is a fast-paced paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. Played with a perforated ball and paddle that is a little bigger than your TT racket.-- Why has it become so popular:*It is easy to learn and play. The rules of pickleball are simple and the equipment is relatively inexpensive.*It is fast paced and the courts are small. That would mean high cardio even while playing doubles.*It's indoors so it can be played throughout the year.*Learning curve is shorter, especially if you play any racket sport.*Making a Pickleball court is not very expensive. Most Mumbai clubs have made a court or are in process of getting one. Buildings are merging few garages to create one.As per Sports & Fitness Industry Association, there are 3.46 million pickleball players in the US alone as of 2020. It’s played in more than 100 countriesWhether Pickleball becomes a global sport on the level of tennis, badminton, or table tennis remains to be seen. These established sports have powerful world bodies. It might not be in their best interest to see a newcomer like Pickleball gain Olympic recognition. Remember IPL only became successful when BCCI backed it.However, the growing enthusiasm for Pickleball suggests that it has a bright future ahead.

🏸Badminton & Creativity: An Unexpected Duo 🎨Ever thought about how a sport can shape one's perspective on creativity? For me, badminton isn't just a game; it's an integral part of my life. Every match, every rally, every smash teaches me to be agile, adaptive, and open-minded. 🌪️Playing with my teammates, I've realized that just as in design, there's no 'one-size-fits-all' in badminton. Every opponent, every game demands a unique strategy, a fresh approach. This has translated seamlessly into my professional life, making me receptive to diverse design and creative ideas. 🖌️There are moments when I'm frustrated with my game and sometimes feel similarly about my work. I was recently told to just 'take 3 deep breathes to reset' and if that didn't work, 'find a mode of play to suit the sections where I'm tired or losing energy.' 🤔 So, the next time you see me on the court, know that I'm not just playing a game; I'm honing my creative instincts & life skills. And if you've got a unique design idea, hit me up! 🤝#BadmintonLife #CreativeDesign #TeamworkMakesTheDreamWork
